While we are pleased to be indoors together again, it is important to remain careful and flexible during the weeks ahead. Services will invite your head and heart connection with God. Some aspects of worship will be modified for a time while we anticipate the reduced impact of COVID-19.

We are following CDC, state, and county health guidelines. We also understand that not everyone will be comfortable returning to indoor worship services at this time. An online option will continue to be offered so you can worship from home.

A few key details:

  • Capacity is limited. Therefore, registration of each person attending is a must, including children.
  • Once registration for a service time reaches maximum capacity it will not allow more registrations. If you encounter this, please select a different service time or worship from home.
  • When registering, you can choose the sanctuary or overflow room.
  • Services will last about 45 minutes.
  • Face coverings over your nose and mouth and at all times are required.
  • The heating system for the sanctuary has MERV 13 filters installed as recommended by the CDC.
  • This orientation video will help you better understand what to expect.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE:

  • If you're not feeling well the morning of the service, please stay home and take part in the online options. Stay home if you have a cough, fever, chills, muscle pain, shortness of breath, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell. Follow these guidelines if you are not feeling well.
  • Bring your face mask. Your face mask must cover both your nose and mouth. And your face mask cannot have an air valve.
  • Bring a coat and dress in layers. The doors along the patio must remain open for fresh air circulation. While the heating system will be on, it might be cold if you are seated there.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE:

  • Doors to the building will open 15 minutes before each service.
  • Enter through the main entrance from the upper parking lot.
  • Check in with a greeter near the front door who will cross-reference your registration.
  • Restrooms are available.
  • Follow social-distancing guidelines. Maintain six feet distance from others. If accompanied, please remain with your group. We do not encourage handshakes and physical touch at this time. Greet each other without touching. Wash your hands. Cover your coughs and sneezes.
  • Ushers will seat you in the sanctuary or overflow room.
  • An offering basket area will be stationed near the entrance to the sanctuary.
  • No refreshments will be served at this time.

AFTER THE SERVICE:

  • You will be dismissed by section.
  • Please exit through the east door.
  • Please proceed directly to the parking lot.
